I make my fondant from scratch using the highest quality ingredients and flavored upon request to compliment your cake choice. All fondant cakes have a layer of buttercream or ganache underneath.
Made with fine Valrhona or Callebaut chocolate and rich cream, chocolate ganache is offered instead of buttercream per request under my fondant cakes for an additional $20/tier. Stands up beautifully in our summer humidity and heat. Naked ganache cakes are a beautiful artistic statement and offer a delicious alternative to buttercream. Available in milk, white or semi-sweet.
