 Tender, strawberry cake delicious with lemon or vanilla buttercream. 

Brown Butter Banana Cake

 Brown sugar, butter and loads of caramelized bananas flavor this delicious cake.

 Made with coconut milk and finely ground sweetened coconut with a hint of almond and vanilla.

Vanilla Buttercream

 Silky, smooth, all-butter recipe made with real vanilla beans. The base for many of my buttercream flavors. 

Chocolate Buttercream

 Chocolate lover’s dream, light, mousse-like texture made with delectable Callebaut chocolate

Strawberries-N-Cream

 Made with delicious, ripe strawberries.

Orange Marmalade Buttercream

 Bright citrus flavor made with orange marmalade and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Salted Caramel Buttercream

 Salted caramel, made from scratch and simmered to perfection blended into vanilla buttercream with a hint of salt to balance the sweet.

Lemon Buttercream

 Light, luscious lemon flavor made from freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest.

Peanut Butter Buttercream 

 Light, smooth, whipped to perfection. delicious with chocolate cake.

Raspberry Buttercream

Made with fresh raspberries.

Almond Buttercream

 Light, delicious almond flavor.

Cinnamon Buttercream

 whipped light with Saigon cinnamon.

 

  

Fondant:

I make my fondant from scratch using the highest quality ingredients and flavored upon request to compliment your cake choice. All fondant cakes have a layer of buttercream or ganache underneath.

 

Chocolate Ganache:

Made with fine Valrhona or Callebaut chocolate and rich cream, chocolate ganache is offered instead of buttercream per request under my fondant cakes for an additional $20/tier. Stands up beautifully in our summer humidity and heat. Naked ganache cakes are a beautiful artistic statement and offer a delicious alternative to buttercream. Available in milk, white or semi-sweet.
